We finished and fired the sled the saturday night before we left.  We decided to load it up and take it out to gunlake on sunday to do some drag racing with it and dial the power commander fuel curve in as close as possible.

Monday-Went over the sled and made sure every nut and bolt was tight

Tuesday-Started Qualifying and found out that the motor wouldn't rev past 8000rpm, which is a big problem when your peak HP is at 8600rpm.

Wednesday-Handling is good but still no MPH and no RPMs after trying almost everything in the book.

Thursday-Shortened our twin pipes to try and get more RPM but ended up not gaining as much as we hoped.  Plus on the longer pulls they got heat soaked and dropped a couple hundred RPM.

Friday-Fit the single pipe and went to Bay Mills Casino to go play on the ice.

Saturday-Started about 2/3rds of the way back in the pack, 22nd I believe.  With in 50 laps Kevin had worked his way up to 6th or 7th but that was all she wrote.  Coming into turn one the custom steering spindle broke and ended our day.

Frustrating week but lots of knowledge and a good showing of what our changes did.
