Enduro
Our tried and true enduro race sled is a 2000 Polaris XC SP 600 with the Gen II chassis. We have converted this stock trail sled into a competitive ice oval racer. As Semi-Pro drivers, we competed in two of the three MIRA Pro Mod enduro races this year and did really well, finishing 7th and 8th against the best in the sport. Kevin Bouman also finished in the Top 5 for year end point standings for the stock 600cc sprint class. The 600cc small block twin under the hood cranks out 120HP. It also has 196 razor sharp ice picks on a 121" low profile track. There is also a pair of 10" razor sharp carbide runners on aftermarket racing skis up front to control the sled through the corners. We also installed custom chromemoly handlebars and a track lubrication system. With the help of a revalved suspension our sled powers down the straights exceeding speeds of 90+ mph and can still maintain control through the corners.

Sprint
Our newest addition to the LMB SpeedShop racing team is a stock Polaris XC SP 600cc sprint sled. Mike Lynema, while competing in the MIRA circuit, captured numerous heat victories and final event podiums in the stock 600cc sprint class as well as a 4th place finish in end of year point standings. Eric Bouman has also experienced great success with this snowmobile in the Pro-Am 600cc class. As a semi-pro competing against seasoned professionals, he finished 4th in season point standings. Don't be fooled by the name; however, nothing about this sled is stock except for the engine and chassis. The keys to its success are lightweight components including a Wahl Bros. rear suspension, a hand built chromemoly front suspension and Fox Zero Pro shocks with custom shock valving. After this summer's fine tuning, this sled is bound to be a front runner.

Grass
This is our Imp-Stock 600cc Grass Drag Sled. We have raced the COSDRA circuit for the past two years and consistently placed on the podium at every event. The sled is a 2001 Polaris Edge X 600 that has been completely redone. The motor has been professionally modified by Flannery Perfomance and with the custom hand built twin pipes, the motor produces 165 horse power. That's 40 more than stock! The suspension has been lowered and revalved for optimum traction. It has also been lengthened to accommodate a 136" track rather than the stock 121" track. This means better holshots and faster times. The sled covers 500 feet in a little over 5 seconds at 85+ MPH.
